The first watch I received did not work at all. When I called Suunto they declined to help and so I called the middle man company. When I finally received the replacement watch I had to learn how to use the product by trial and error because the manuals are a joke. You can download some manuals from the website, but the website, for whatever reason, is very slow. Movescount is ok, but I really dont want to have to rely on internet to look at the software. If you call suunto for help and you can understand the person on the other end they will refer you to the website to download the manuals. This is a very non-user friendly product, and considering I saved up for a year to purchase this item, I am very frustrated. Also, just to reiterate, there is no GPS with this product. It uses a cadence pod which attaches to your shoe. It is fairly accurate, but Ive noticed anything over a mile and it starts to get off slightly. I have read reviews of the GPS pod and they are not good. If I were you, I would see what Garmin or some of the other companies have to offer.
