Awesome watch! I read the reviews before I bought the watch and was ready to use it once I have it. Although the manual lacks specifics, Suunto site has decent instructions on their video to use the watch. I found that the readings on the swing is fairly accurate and is great to pin point on what you need to work on. Battery does run out quickly if usage is regular.
