The good: This is a genuine Suunto product that comes in a sealed Suunto bag with two pins. It is real leather, perfect fit, and looks very nice. I put it on my Observer to replace a dying rubber strap and it looks much better.
The bad: It is basically a rubber strap with a very thin piece of leather glued to the top and a suede-like material glued to the part that touches the skin. It is such a tight fit that I found it very difficult to get on - but once on it is great. The end that goes through the buckle is much flimsier than the rubber strap I had and it's a bit difficult to get it into the keeper loop.
